Sample: How could I get a sample?
We need to charge you for sample and its express delivery cost. Samples's cost is extra 50% higher based on the quotation list. We will refund you the sample's fee after getting your order on MOQ then. It takes just one hours to send off a sample of one of our existing products. For OEM/ODM projects, thanks to our house molding, our designers can develop a custom samples for you in just 15 days.

Price: Could I get your price list?
Simply send us your requirements by email, by fax or give us a call. Pls tell us the products's model, color, size, material, thickness and other requirement, quantity if possible with detailed descriptions which you are interested in and we'll reply you asap whithin 24 hours.

Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?
We will arrange production once your order and payment are confirmed. It takes 30-45 days for 1x40HQ lead time. Our exportation service includes also the shipping cargo's revervation, goods declaration, Bill of loading, Custom Documentation. We'll inform you the estimated ETD and EDA time.

MOQ: What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is just 3000 pcs allows for greater flexibility in your ordering. However, you can mix several models / colors for your trial order.

Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?
Western Union: Samples order only. T/T: Telegraphic transfer(wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance to be paid against copy of B/L. L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Order value amount more than US$20000."

Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
By ocean way: We usually ship the products by vessel via our shipping agent. The loaded port is Ningbo or Shanghai and any destination port is acceptable. By Airway: Normally, it's for some small volumes orders but in urgentcondition.

Shipping Insurance: How to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you in term of CIF.

Goods Quantity or Package Damage Complaint: How to make a complain of quantity shortage or serious package damage for delivered shipments?
If you find the problems of quantity shortage or serious package damage for your shipments just delivered, please contact us ASAP. You are requested to inform us within 30 days after the arrival of the relative shipments or we will accept no responsibility for these problems.

Drop Ship: Do you drop Ship?
We can not do drop ship, the quantity for drop ship is usually small, the handling will be high comparing with the small quantity.

Sole-Distributor: What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state, country?
If you can sell our products worth US$10,000-50.000 per monthe, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth US$50.000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state, if you want to be a sole agent in your country negotiable.

OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with requirements or your ideas and then we will design for you. Pictures are for guidance and reference & may not resemble"exactly" a sepecific model. Products specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Placing order: How to place an order?
